Ground Zero Plumbing & AC repair - Chandler

Ground Zero is without a doubt, the best. I will only be using them for our home moving forward. The service was exemplary in all categories from customer service (Brie) to the technicians that came out (Chris and Codey). They listened to what I had to say. They and validated my insights as the homeowner. They identified our vent/drain/cleanout pipe odor problem within 5 minutes, made repairs, and now we have no odor problems whatsoever.

They came between the window of time they texted me and did great work. My technician Michael was very professional and walked me through the entire process. Once he was done he showed me what he did and explained what he saw and gave me to some recommendations on what to do next. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Henry and Hayden came by today and did a great job removing our old water heater and putting a new one in. They were professional, polite and friendly. Both were helpful in answering all my questions and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended using Ground Zero Plumbing again if we have any other issues in the future. Thank you both for such an amazing job! -Z

Congratulations on all your 5 star reviews I’m not a client and this review is no related to a ny plumbing ,one of your plumbers/drivers cut me off on the 202 freeway 32 st exit around 5 pm,almost caused an accident I was driving with my wife who’s on dialysis.i will post this on my social media also If you’re a good company, don’t deserve a person like this driving a vehicle with your name on it. Here’s also the license plate Thank you

Had a great experience with Ground Zero! I work from home and realized the house started feeling hot in the middle of the day. Called Ground Zero and they had a guy to my house in less than two hours. He had parts in his truck to fix my AC and the house was cooled down again before my kids were even home from school. Bryan was a wonderful tech. He explained what was wrong with my AC in simple terms so I could understand. Truly, a stand-up guy!

We had a major leak in our supply line from the meter to the house. Most companies wanted as much $12k. Ground Zero worked to make sure our problem could be solved in correct but affordable way. Chris was awesome in communicating with us and when one way didn’t work he assured us he would find a way and he did. They definitely have our business. Customer service is huge for me and they went above and beyond.

Chris Marsala was our tech that responded to our call. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I had opened up the drywall where the pinhole leak was located. When Chris arrived he walked us through the fix and was able to help us get our water back in service. I would 100% recommend Chris and Ground Zero Plumbing for anyone needing any plumbing work done.
