S Pro inc Best Appliance Repair AZ

Victor was able to come to our house same day to assess our refrigerator. He did some basic troubleshooting and quickly resolved the problem! The cost for the last minute visit and work performed was reasonable too. I highly recommend Victor for your refrigerator issues!

SPRO "Victor " was awesome same day emergency service on a Sunday, got our LG dryer working for us, great professional friendly service and pricing was great as well.

Victor was very prompt and honest. He spent a lot of time to fix our washer because our clothes are still wet after wash. He replaced the actuator but also found that a major part (transmission)also needs to be replaced. He recommended to us to just buy a new washer because it is not worth it to replace the transmission for a 5 year old top loading whirlpool washer. Victor only charged me for the service call and took out the actuator replacement labor cost. I like it that he was honest and only charged me for what he thought was the initial issue. Others might not do what Victor did which was honest.

Victor was quick to respond to my request and promptly called to understand and diagnose the issue. After I provided the model information, he followed up quickly with an estimate and scheduled a same-day appointment. He arrived within the promised timeframe and was both professional and personable. Victor successfully resolved the issue. Victor services all appliances and I would not hesitate to contact him again if needed.

FABULOUS! Victor is so responsive and puts forth the extra effort that is hard to find! He shows up when he says he will and he does an excellent job. If you need any appliance repair person - Victor is by far the person to call. I am so appreciative if his time and hard work, and my dishwasher and microwave actually work now!!

Called for broken refrigerator ice maker, which had been out of service for a long time either in storage or not connected to water when pulled out of storage. Response to my Thumbtack broadcast for service was prompt; service appointment was quickly scheduled. Victor (SPro) arrived promptly diagnosed the problem (not part swapping or guessing but methodically determined which parts were bad). Replaced the ice maker with an OEM factory part for a reasonable parts and labor cost. Delighted with the service, responsiveness, and speed and accuracy of repair. Refrigerator is prolifically making ice again.

Fast, friendly, and professional! Victor fixed my appliance quickly, explained everything clearly, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend!
