Fred from Aviv provided exceptional customer service! He was incredibly kind, polite, and—most importantly—honest. Another company told me I needed several new parts for my dryer, but when Fred came to take a look, he quickly realized it just needed a good cleaning. He took care of everything, reassembled the unit, and had it running perfectly in under 30 minutes. I’m so grateful for his honesty and professionalism. Employees like Fred are exactly who you want representing your business!

Very nice, prompt and responsive. Didn't fix the problem. Paid for new parts and labor on leaking dishwasher, they said it was good, still leaks. Waiting to see how they address it, will update this review once that happens, but if it costs any more $$ out of pocket, I would have been better off just buying a new one. Suggest you watch them test any repairs done. UPDATE: they came back and fixed everything, an oversight by a technician that is no longer with the company. We had to wait for another part to come, another week hand washing, but they were very responsive and fixed everything in the end. Would recommend.

David, our service technician, did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing our ice maker in the freezer. He had to come to the house a few times and was always very polite and helpful and timely. We couldn't have been happier with his work, and the icemaker is fixed and running beautifully now.

We had a complicated repair that Aviv took care of for a fair price. The communication and scheduling through text message made it easy and they were able to get us on their calendar as soon as they had tracking for our new part. Our technician was also super friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Aviv!

Our 2008 Whirlpool Gold refrigerator lost cooling and freezing. We previously used Aviv for appliance repair and called them. The technician came the same day and diagnosed a bad control board. Lucky for us he had a board and replaced it. Everything worked fine then refrigerator went out again a week later. Aviv came out again and diagnosed a part that starts the compressor. They replaced it for cost and the unit has worked well so far. We really appreciate the technicians advice that the unit is still in good operational condition and that the sealed coil cooling system is working well. Given the price of new quality refrigerator/freezers the repairs were well with it. Quality company and people.
