Prompt response and communication. Very professional and efficient service. You get an email with an estimated arrival time and a picture of the technician that will be servicing you! Between the initial vist and ordering parts for my oven it was fixed in 3 days with a one year warranty. Highly recommend.

Mr Appliance is a delightful company to deal with. They text you when they are scheduled to arrive with a photo of the technician. arrive on time and finish the job efficiently. And if you call them with a question they call back promptly if you leave a message. And my dryer is now working perfectly.

We have used Mr. Appliance for both our refrigerator and the wall unit that includes a microwave/conventional oven on the bottom. Although we called them because we had broken appliances which is often part of life, we had very positive experiences with them. Both experiences were terrific… they were a joy to work with - from the initial phone call seeking help/booking appointments, to the actual repair visits. Mike was very friendly and helpful getting me scheduled and Drew my technician was early which never happens Drew was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions while doing his diagnostics check all in all was a very good experience, will definitely use them again when needed
