CLT Applliance Repair stands out among repair shops. First, they answer the phone and have a dedicated office person. Second, they were timely. They had an appointment for the very next day, morning or afternoon. Third, the tech (Steve) was impressive: professional (a rarity!), polished, knew what he was doing, had all the tools, and cleaned up afterward as though he’d never been there. Steve is a keeper. CLT Appliance Repair also texted me when they were on the way, and communicative throughout. As for the repair: Excellent. They seem to be one of the few businesses that will fix microwaves. Our (expensive) microwave was worth fixing. Steve diagnosed it correctly, got the part, and fixed it the first time. No extra parts, no runaround. In a world of shysters, con men, and fly-by-night repair guys, CLT Appliance Repair stands out. Well done!

Highly Recommend CLT Appliance Repair! They were quick to answer the phone and get me the soonest spot that I was available. They confirmed the appt with a text and sent me a message when they were 40 min away on the day. I have an 10+ old LG washer making an incredibly load whirling noise during the high speed spin cycles. Serge was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. After a quick diagnosis it was explained that between parts and labor it would be more advantageous to just replace. I appreciated the honest evaluation and would certainly use them again!

BEYOND SATISFIED!! Within a matter of minutes sending a request for service, I was contacted, was given an appointment 1-3 hours window that morning. Less than 2 hours later Alex texted he was on his way, arriving ahead of time. Alex is a tech wizard!! He immediately diagnosed and explained the problem , as well as the fix. He had the needed part with him, explained the pricing as seen in a handy book, went right to work, then out the door within 30 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about Alex. I contacted this company for a refrigerator/freezer repair and was shocked to be quoted $1,200 for the replacement part. That price is completely unreasonable and feels like an outright rip off, especially considering I was able to buy the exact same refrigerator brand new for $899, including delivery, setup, and haul away. With the part itself costing around $300, there’s simply no justification for such an inflated quote. It’s hard to trust a company that prices repairs higher than a full replacement. On top of that, they still want to charge a $59 service call fee just for showing up, even after giving a quote that’s nowhere near market value. It honestly felt like a bait and switch, luring customers in with the promise of a fair repair and then hitting them with sky high pricing to squeeze out a service fee. That’s not transparency; that’s taking advantage of people. As someone who manages multiple rental properties, I was genuinely looking for a dependable, honest, and reasonably priced appliance repair company to work with long term. This experience showed me the exact opposite. I won’t be using or recommending this company to anyone.

My refrigerator fan stopped working and there was no cold air flowing the refrigerator for 3 days. I called their office, they scheduled the service same day. Technician arrived in time and repaired the refrigerator in an hour. Prices are reasonable compared to other companies. I would recommend them to my friends for their prompt service and reasonable prices.

The technician was very professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with dryer. Made sure to show me the damaged parts and the new replacement parts.

We’ve used CLT appliance repair at least 3 times for our refrigerator and washing machine. Each time it’s been great service at a fair price. Super easy to schedule and pay. Always great communication. We have been very happy with our experience.
