Sears Appliance Repair

Aaron was friendly. Unfortunately the communication was not good. Appointments cancelled and no shows to appointments without explanations. There is damage to the face of the keypad that needs to be resolved. Photos are attached. But, the dryer seems to be working so far.

The technician was prompt, professional, and communicated everything he did. Highly recommend the technician but not so much SEARS customer service as you can never speak to anyone. The initial repair appt was not kept with no phone call, text, or email to advise that no one was coming.

Ronnie C is one of the best service contractors/technicians I have ever had do work for me. He diagnosed situation on my Whirlpool gas oven, gas burner, and oven door ordered parts, returned to do necessary repairs and all with the same courtesy and care.. He represents your company as one man who knows his work and has a great work ethic. Thanks for sending him..

Th technician was an amazing, and did the work quickly. However, personally I think the price was way too high for that simple fix. Also communication wasn’t the best with this company but I did end up getting my serviced moved up closer. Having two technician on the job was also kinda strange. Final review, good tech, needs way better communication, and hopefully better price or a full break down receipt for what you’re paying for to be given.

Nice guy and I think got it fixed.... However, had no clue what he was doing. He literally sat at my house and watched a YouTube tutorial on how to do the job. Thought he was gunna break the face plate how much he was pulling on it. Also was 2.5hrs late from the 8a-5p (9 hr window) sears give you. Sears customer service center gets ZERO stars. They are horrible. Took 4 apts to fix my machine. 1st- tech didnt have the part (knew they needed it). 2nd- canceled my apt after waiting 5 hrs into the window. 3rd- offered me a apt then said it was unavailable. 4th- sears BS 8a-5p 9hr window and the tech showed 2.5hrs late at 730pm.

The technician came out today, Friday 10/31 about 8:30 a.m. and installed the parts. Told the tenant not to use the refrigerator until MONDAY and then to see if it works. What is that about?? I can’t think of any reason to not be able to use it for 3 days after "repair", and would think there would be more confidence in the repair. And this was after cancelling the scheduled appointment the day before half way through the day due to "staffing issues in your area". Not satisfied.

Ronnie showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ran through a diagnostic test to ensure there were no other issues. Unfortunately, the problem was what I suspected, and the cost to repair would be more than we paid for the washer. I decided not to have the work done, but Ronnie was very helpful in providing replacement options. Would not be disappointed if he showed up the next time I needed service.
