The spring on our oven broke. We called on a Tuesday within 24 hours (only because he had to order the part or he probably would have fixed it within a couple of hours) Steve was at our house, and the oven was fixed, and at a very reasonable cost. Called Five Star and spoke to Steve, Told him my washing machine was making a strange noise but no water coming or moving. After listening to the machine noise through the phone, Steve had me turn the dial a couple of times, lift the lid , press start and the dang thing started. He diagnosed problem over the phone, amazing. He is going to be my technician the next time I need any appliance repair.
