Outstanding delivery service! Dave and Drew delivered our fridge the very next day and were absolutely fantastic. They were fast, super accommodating, and managed to get the fridge into a really tight space without any issues. They even took the extra time to hook up the water line and make sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Truly above and beyond service — highly recommend!

I found this place on Facebook and they responded immediately. Although the appliance I really wanted was already sold, they were very accommodating and found me a nice stove and refrigerator that I am in love with. They have a nice sized inventory and the staff is very helpful. Ask for Justine, she is AMAZING!!!

Main girl that works here does not try to help the customer. She listens to respond. I’d go somewhere else, keep away. Some of the guys that work here are nice but the girl is costing them customers. It’s disappointing since you want to help a small mom and pop shop. You’d think they’d have at least average customer service, but not the case here. I was hung up on after trying to fix a delivery issue. They told me the delivery would be close to 6p and it was delivered at 1p. They did not give a 30 min window and left the fridge on the sidewalk. Now it has the possibility of being stolen and or weather damaged. This was for a single mother tenant that lives upstairs (which they knew about because I told them). They were also supposed to take the old fridge which was part of the delivery fee I paid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "FINE" ESTABLISHMENT.

Super friendly and accommodating. I bought a beautiful GE Refrigerator and it has been great. The salesperson (owner) was great. And the delivery people were so professional. I’m now in the market door an upright freezer and will shop there again.

I’ve been a customer of this store for over three years, but after multiple poor experiences, I won’t be returning. Most recently, I paid for refrigerator delivery and removal. The fridge was not delivered at the time promised, and I was told I had received a call beforehand—which never happened. Then they charged me a redelivery fee. To make matters worse, they promised to take away the old refrigerator and instead left it on my curb. That’s not only unprofessional—it can lead to a city fine. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems. I once paid to have a stove moved, and during the process, they cracked the glass on my oven. The crew denied it. Unless you stay on top of every step, things won’t get done right. It’s disappointing to see such poor service from a company I once trusted.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Just bought a duplex and got two sets of everything. Was told the 8 pieces would arrive clean and delivery included installation. When delivery day came, everything was filthy. The delivery guys told me installation was an additional fee so I had to pay an extra $125 that day. They damaged my stairwell when getting the appliances upstairs. Even after paying extra for installation, they left me with no washer drain hose and no gas connection for the stove. Everything is junk. Was told everything was tested before sale. False. One fridge constantly runs and the compressor is burning hot. The other fridge had a faulty defroster so it's been off for over two weeks now. One washer doesn't work at all. One dryer squeels and the other seems to be letting moisture out of the bottom, causing the entire basement to be damp and hot. Don't bother calling the store. No one answers and the voicemail isn't set up. I had the delivery guys number from paying him so he was able to get a tech out. It's now been over a week since then and still nothing is fixed or replaced. Now no one answers the phone and no one responds to my messages. TOTAL SCAM!!! I want my money back!
