All Discount Vacuum & Sewing

Kept my vacuum for a month (claimed they called...once. Surprise! I have no missed calls on the claimed date!!) - took said vacuum to have service confirmed after one use (still not working right); second shop can't confirm anything has been done, as All Discount didn't provide any part #'s - invoice is as generic as possible. So now I'm out almost a month, $175, and still have a vacuum that needs service. - A repeat customer that will no longer be repeating.

What a great experience. They were friendly and competent. I couldn't believe how fair the price was!! They fixed my vacuum while I waited. Witch I totally appreciated since I love 25 minutes away! Thanks Michael!

Hi my name is Heather Mooney and I went a week ago to get my vacuum fixed I wasn't sure how much it was going to cost and I was a little worried because I really didn't have too much money to fix my vacuum however one of the workers named Michael happened to be there he seemed like a nice guy he was helping another lady I waited patiently as he looked at my information and he told me that my vacuum was under warranty I was happy about that I was like wonderful God has spoke to me so I dropped off my vacuum we signed a paperwork stating I wasn't going to have to pay anything as I called the next day I come to find out that he wasn't able to fix the vacuum right away cuz someone was sick I respected that cuz I know that we all get sick so then again I called on Friday again it was not fixed I was told it wasn't going to be a fully fixed until Monday and it was in line. Then I get a phone call on Saturday I guess a message was left I didn't hear it so I ended up calling him on Saturday and I said I'm going to be picking up my vacuum on Monday and he said well I hate to tell you but I made a mistake I'm not able to do the vacuum for free it's going to be a $40 bench be because they're happened to be a rag and some other stuff inside of it at this point I was pretty upset and I let him know that it's unfair for you to try to charge me when you specifically said and we signed a piece of paper stating that I was not going to be paying anything and it was for free at this point he told me on the phone that he would take accountability for that and that when I come in on Monday that it would be free and I wouldn't have to pay so again on Monday which is today I gave him a call to say I was going come in and pick up my vacuum and also I would like to switch out the vacuum bags because apparently I got the wrong vacuum class bags from one of the workers there who happens to be selling these vacuums but gave me the wrong backing backs he told me that again he cannot honor his word of giving it to me for free because the manager said no I have to pay the $40 bench free so I specifically asked that his manager give me a call so then I ended up speaking with his manager and he specifically told me that I should be paying $40 that he has to pay his workers and everything like this and that his worker lied to me and at this point that's not my fault that his workers lied to me or was not trained correctly the point is is that a customer should be treated with respect and have the great satisfaction of what he's told as well as exchange the backs out he was pretty upset did not want to do business with me anymore and decided to honor the deal of giving it to me for free however when I went in to pick up my vacuum they were the guy was extremely rude telling me well it doesn't matter cuz you don't have to pay for it and very condescending and that is just not how you treat customers and then he was going to put a vacuum bag in he just was very disrespectful that is not how you treat people I was pretty hurt and upset at the fact that this is how I get treated instead of saying hey I'm sorry then they refuse to do business with me anymore after making a mistake the way that they did this is not a place I would suggest going to. The response to my review is awful. Especially when you told me on the phone that he lied to me

The place is great, the people are friendly. I have been going to this shop with my Oreck vacuums for a long time. You can be sure that you are well taken care of! I just recently bought an other Oreck ( by trading in 2 older ones) Adam always kind and professional! This time Hollie helped me, and again I was well taken care of! This is a shop, you hardly find anymore! You know the people, and trust them, they have been around for a long time! They offer great craftsmanship! They care of you for sure! Thank you!!!

This place is great & the guys who own it are awesome. I brought in my old (well loved, well used) Dyson that was 15 years old & I had no intention of buying a new vacuum. I was only looking to get my Dyson repaired...but after talking with the guys & learning more about vacuums & how important it is to not use a bag less model (it throws tons of dirt/debris into the air), I walked out having invested in a brand new Riccar. It is the BEST vacuum ever. Night & day difference from the Dyson. It's such high quality. The bags are easy to change, the cord is higher on the unit & easier to wind. Additionally, the cord is much longer than the Dyson & the hose attachment is longer too which makes using the vacuum a lot easier. I was also tipping the Dyson over. There is a light on the unit that makes vacuuming so much easier too. The dirt alert mechanism helps me slow down when I'm cleaning & therefore the vacuum picks up way more dirt & pet hair & dust. It has a powerful motor & a long (perhaps lifetime) warranty. I spent close to $1k on the vacuum & have zero regrets. I seriously love this new vacuum. And with four dogs, I use it almost every day!

I had the incredible bad luck to get not one, but two (!!), sewing machines that had "issues" right out of the box. But Cody and Mark were great about verifying the issues that I had with the machines and getting me one that works flawlessly! No hesitation about giving me a different machine - and even did some in-store sewing with the third machine to be sure that everything worked perfectly. I’m so thankful that I bought my sewing machine here (as opposed to someplace online). Fantastic customer service - I highly recommend this business!!

First off, what I thought was interesting was , when you look them up on Google there is a chat icon, along with the normal website and directions, etc. So I sent them a text, not expecting an immediate response, but did get one pretty quick. They had, in stock, the vacuum cleaner I was looking for. I asked for the price and was given price, warranty, and what they would provide as sort of a bonus, 10 additional vacuum cleaner bags. At the store, Mark, the sales guy, gave us an additional rundown on the vacuum, reassuring us we were making a good choice, as opposed to trying to sell us a different brand or model. However, looking at their inventory, I'd say you'd probably be pretty happy with whatever you bought there. It doesn't look like they sell anything but top of the line products. My impression was we were getting a high quality product from what I see as a high quality company. If you live around Colorado Springs and are looking for a good vacuum cleaner, make them your first stop.
