This is an outstanding place to purchase appliances. We’ve now outfitted two homes with kitchen appliances and washers and dryers. Our sales consultant Mr. Kelly Shannon has unmatched knowledge about the technical aspects of the appliances as well as use cases. Highly recommended.

Our sales guy was great and knowledgeable HOWEVER, we ordered a microwave on a Monday that was supposed to be there Wednesday, we showed up Wednesday to get it and it was not there! Then Friday came and it was promised to be there Friday, same thing not there. There was another one that we were able to leave with but THEN the washer and dryer that we ordered on a Wednesday to be delivered the following MONDAY never showed up! Ashley, the assistant manager was not much help at all. After verifying my order Sunday and said it was going to be delivered, despite not having a confirmation call….Monday morning the delivery driver calls and said they have a washer but no dryer???? Again , Ashley was NO help and put it on the sales man to figure it out so here we are having to wait even longer! Someone was there the same time as us complaining of the same thing! Spoke to general manager today, said we should get our stuff tomorrow. Again super unprofessional, nothing was done about the inconvenience. Last time we will be buying here! Update: manager was able to accommodate us and our stuff should be delivered today.

My husband and I recently purchased a new mattress from Appliance Factory/Mattress Kingdom. Wayde Wiles assisted us. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable (my husband worked in the mattress/bedding industry, so he knows). Wayde's knowledge was impressive, he listened to our needs, and got us into the right mattress for us! We had a little hiccup with the scheduled delivery, but Wayde followed through as promised. Overall, we had a great experience.

As a property manager, I need appliances often. Thomas E. has always been extremely helpful, great with communication, and truly, a great person to work with. I recommend them often, and certainly recommend them here!

It’s not worth it. The sales guy was OK and the appliances are generally alright. The delivery guys were very pushy, obnoxious and very rude . We still have not received our rebate after sending in damn near every single documentation that we could to prove that we had the right appliances to receive the rebate. This is not a place I will be going to again. I thought I was saving money, but I’m not.
