I placed a service call yesterday and received prompt service with having a tech come out the next day. Elliot Weiss came out and looked over my hvac system and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the unit and was immediately able to recognize the problem and come up with a solution. He walked through many different options on what the best plan would be as far as repair. This was the best service I have received from a service provider by far. Would highly recommend giving them a call to come out and take care of your needs!

Our home was wired really wrong and in doing so it fried our wiring - he quoted 300 but with the fried wires he gave us a thermostat that works and stayed to make sure the heat actually turned on and off - he was extremely nice and kind and didn’t need to fix it the way he did. Our home is built on a portal of energy that makes nothing fix fast ! He discovered the wire that was not used to make it all work. Apparently the wire that was needed to work was not used … we had a colossal amount of wires to make the old thermostat to work - 8 wires to 3 !!! So shocking that the people putting in the furnace didn’t wire Or at all correct. So not shocked it fried the wires ! It was a fire hazard waiting to happen - so MANY MANY THANKS Korey White for our service of the thermostat! You are awesome like the company’s name !

I had an outstanding experience with Awesome Home Services from start to finish! Joseph Friel came out to inspect my old furnace, which was 46 years old, and he was absolutely thorough. He walked me through every detail of the inspection, showed me exactly where the problems were, and even helped us get approved for financing. His professionalism and knowledge gave me total confidence moving forward. David Shane and Casey J. handled the installation of the new furnace, and they did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the new system was running perfectly before they left. Afterward, Robby Knapp and Ben Kennedy came in to clean my entire duct system and they did a phenomenal job! The ducts look and perform like new, and the air quality in my home has noticeably improved. The new furnace is working beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Awesome Home Services to anyone looking for honest, top-quality work and exceptional customer care! OH! and Jenell was awesome too, kept those boys on time and kept me in the loop as to when they would be arriving.

Nest killed our thermostat so we had to purchase a new Ecobee thermostat that for some reason wasn't getting power. Called Awesome Service where we received friendly same day service provided by Jon and Jason, who were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get our furnace up and running in no time. My family and I highly recommend Awesome Service, you will not be disappointed.

Preston Peterson was great to work with. He was able to come out right away and give me an estimate for a sewer line replacement and unclog a sewer line that was backing up into my house. He was extremely great to work with. Honest and helped the whole way through the process. Unfortunately my sewer line was beyond repair so it will have to be replaced. But Preston was honest with me throughout the process on what would be my best options. I will continue to work with him in the future and trust the company to get the job done right.

We live way out east in Ramah, Had our hot water heater burst from inside out and some pipes burst under the house. We connected our insurance on Sept 3. On Sept. 4 th I was looking for a plumber that would come out east. I called awesome home service and the nice professional young lady took my call. She got us on the schedule and was sending Clay out for an estimate. We had surv pro out the day before who only took pictures. This guy snapped a couple pictures and took a few measurements. ( big joke) Clay came out and looked at hot water heater and the damage in the house. He went under the house to evaluate the damage, came back up and to my wife this can’t wait. He made a call on our be half and executivepro dry was at our house getting the ball rolling. Clay has been with us explaining what has happened and what needs to happen. He got us everything we needed to send to insurance. ( as of this post insurance still dragging) Today we got hooked up, Clay made sure water heater and pipes were good. Clay is the type of person I want taken care of my family’s needs, he is professional and the perfect picture of customer service!! Clay’s apprentice wise excellent the day he came out. Today Oct 4 th, forgive me, forgot the name. But the gentleman helping Clay today was excellent.

Great company and great team! Preston the Plumber did a phenomenal job and very professional and courteous! You guys have an AWESOME opportunity and are changing the service industry for the better! Keep getting after it!
