Friendly, Professional, and Thorough Visit I contacted Polar Bear through the Rheem website when my water heater stopped producing hot water. The owner came out personally and spent nearly three hours carefully inspecting and testing the unit — draining it, checking components, and walking me through everything he was seeing. He was very professional, courteous, and clearly wanted to get to the bottom of it. After several rounds of testing and not finding anything wrong with the water heater itself, I suggested we take a look underneath the house — and that’s when we discovered a burst pipe flooding the crawl space. Once that was found, it turned out the heater itself was working fine all along, and the lack of hot water was due to that pipe. While it ended up being more of a plumbing issue than a water heater issue, I appreciated the time and effort he spent trying to help and his willingness to explain everything along the way.

Excellent experience with the Polar Bear team. Very timely responses from the scheduler and excellent communication throughout. John was very educational during the inspection and helped me learn about my system. He recommended several ways to improve efficiency in the system.

If you're looking for a new aircon, this is the place. The unit that they put in works as well or better than they told me. John, the owner, is great. He's respectful of your time and stands by every word he says, just an all-around upstanding guy. The gentlemen that did the installation, David, was also outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile at every single opportunity. David has a passion for doing great work, and it shows. I cannot recommend this company enough.
