My Service Technician was great. He called before he came, Serviced and fixed my dryer to work like new. I'm very happy with his professional knowledge and customer care. Thank You.
Casey came for a no charge, preventative maintenance call for my GE dishwasher. There were no issues. He was personable, kind, helpful, polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with. This was a far better experience than I had last year with a technician who was rude and left me from frustrated, uncalled, and bothered by his attitude. Casey's respect and the way he treated me should be used as an example of fabulous customer service to other technicians.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!! Worst service in history. I Waited a week and a half to get a technician to come out. Every day I received a countdown of how many days were left. Then the day if the repair I get a text from AI saying it will have to be rescheduled. So now I am just SOL on getting my dryer fixed. I tried calling to get this issue fixed and the AI said there were no other services available other than talking to some stupid computer. I encourage everyone to go anywhere else but this horrible company. Only reason I even went through them was it was my insurance company. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY TRASH.
I have never been so pissed off with a repair service in my life. First of all, the appointment date and time they give you doesn't mean a thing. They can change that at any moment without your consent and there is nothing you can do about it. Second, their prices are insane. I paid $170 for diagnostics, then another $650 for the repair, all to find out that my washer is still broken with the exact same problem it had before, because I guess I'm asking too much for someone to verify they actually fixed the thing before assuming they did a good job and vanishing. This brings us to the greatest problem. You cannot ever contact a human being by design. There is no phone number or dial tone option or online chat option that will get you to a human being. I even tried calling the number the Sears bot left the other pissed off commentor, surprise, right back to their AI. They've taken my money, done nothing, and once again bumped my appointment back. The only way I found out about my appointment being bumped back was by calling the AI system again, because I am not getting any text or email updates like I did with my last appointment. I can't even verify the AI got my address right because I can't go online and check/update the thing. Sears is dead, avoid it like the plague. Update: so I got the bright idea to just drive to this location to speak to someone, only to find out it does not exist. Not sure why that surprised me at this point.
We purchased a refrigerator with a warranty. Initially, the call center did not have a record of my warranty, and I had to spend quite a bit of time to get that fixed. Your company rescheduled the appointment for you to come do the repair at our home 4 times. On several of these occasions, I had to take the day off and waited around all day only to get a call from you late in the day that you did not yet have my parts, so were unable to come do the repair. Once the part came in, and you weree able to do the repair, the person doing the repair was good, and quickly got the job done, well. You do need to make adjustments to your scheduling process. It financially cost me 4 days of work to wait around for you to not actually work. You have a responsibility to be more effective than that. As you can see from the response below, I was directed to call Sears to discuss this matter for them to figure out how they could make things right since that is not how they typically do business. However, when I reached out to them, after numerous attempts to get past the AI communication system, they stated that because I actually purchased the refrigerator from Lowes, and my warranty was with Lowes, Sears was not responsible for the crappy service they provided as a subcontractor of Lowes. I will keep that in mind and will reach out to Lowes and let them know that Sears is not a reliable service provider for them to be subcontracting with.
Casey was great! He was very knowledgeable and fixed our dishwasher quickly. I appreciated his expertise and fun personality!
Michael diagnosed the issue quickly and had it repaired within 45 minutes. He was friendly and courteous.
