I purchased a used dryer from this company about 8 months ago. Recently the belt broke, and I went back to buy a replacement so I could fix it myself. When I spoke with the owners, not only did they provide me a new belt free of charge, but they also came by my house and installed the belt at no cost (I already had the unit taken apart, so I was happy to put it back together afterward). This kind of customer service is hard to find. They went above and beyond, and it shows what an amazing company this is to deal with. Great owners, highly recommend!

ASAP is fantastic! They came to repair our dryer and recommended a new one. They delivered it the next day. It was on sale and the price was very reasonable. They did not charge for the initial visit and the installation charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Enrique and Isiah just completed the repair on our washing machine. We called on Monday and Thursday morning, I am back in the laundry business! They are very knowledgeable, courteous and EXTREMELY reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The staff is amazing the front desk lady is very responsive and helpful!! I love that this business is in Crawfordville . The owner is affordable and understanding and knowledgeable when it comes to second hand appliances, warranties as well as repairs!!

ASAP Appliance Inc. is not the place to go if you want appliances. They have people post items for sale and when you get there its a lie. I went in for a dryer that was just posted a few days ago, and they tell me that was an old sale. My opinion that's bad business.
