All Vac

These folks did an amazing job fixing my Bissell BG-10 carpet cleaner, my family affectionately calls it "Big Bertha." Everyone here is friendly, communicative, and honest. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Big Bertha is back to her old self, and I'm happy to have clean carpets again.

I tried very hard to find a place locally ti fix my Bissell Big Green Machine Carpet Cleaner they were very friendly, very knowledgeable. It did not take very long form them to fix my Bissell Big Green Machine Carpet Cleaner while I was there I inquired about buying a new Bissell Big Green Machine Carpet Cleaner and found out that they had better prices than any other store in Dallas so I purchased a second machine brand new while they fix the machine that I took originally I would definitely recommend all vac inc for all your carpet clean and vacuum cleaner needs .

When being too feminine and needing a man for the simple things that YouTube or Google couldn't help you solve. After days of trying to put my Hoover vacuum back together, Google matched me to All Vac Inc. The store was nicely equipped with everything vacs. As I waited with my disassembled vacuum in tow, a gentleman walked in and politely asked how he could help. As I explained my problem, he immediately took my vacuum and put it back together with explaining what I did wrong and we what to do next time. He didn't charge me or try to sell me anything extra. Even after I made a joke about women needing a man sometimes.... Andy was such a helpful gentleman. He carefully placed my vacuum back in my car with a friendly departure. It's a pleasure seeing businesses with this type of service being exhibited by the owners/workers. Anything vacuums or service All Vac Inc provides and I need they will be my go-to..

I have been a customer here for many years! I've had repairs done as well as made vacuum cleaner purchases. Mike has always taken care of us and I can't say enough about how great and genuine he is in finding the best solution for what ever the need. It's very rare to find a business that helps you, having your best interest taken into consideration above all else. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

Mike explained the capabilities of this vacuum, which definitely did not disappoint. I would highly recommend All Vac and this particular vacuum for your home, especially if you have wood floors.
