Affordable Appliance Service

This is the first time that I contacted Affordable Appliance Service. The technicians were extremely friendly and diagnosed the rattling and ventilation problems with our Samsung, electric drier. The repair cost was fair. I'll use this company again when we need our appliances serviced.

We’ve used Dustin a few times for washer/dryer repair. He’s extremely responsive, a consummate and courteous professional with reasonable prices. He just finished repairing our dryer and did a great job.

Excellent service--I goofed and thought it was a time but they give a small window of time for repair--perfectly reasonable. The tech was knowledgeable, super fast, and worth the price. Thanks for fixing my dishwasher so quickly.

I used Affordsble Appliance Service several years ago to service my Samsung dryer. They did excellent work and customer service was top notch them so when I had dryer issues with my GE dryer this week, they were the company I called. I called them on Monday and my dryer was fully repaired by Thursday the same week. Dustin the technician so fixed my dryer, was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. Jordan in customer service was also respectful, kind, and responsive to calls and text messages. The price point to have the element replaced was less than the average rate. I'll say this, Affordable isn't just in the companies name, or it is part of their culture. I would recommend this company ten times over.

Called 4 times in 3 separate days. Left a voice mail on the first call. No answer in 4 attempts (only outgoing message) and no return call from voice mail I left 4 days ago.

I scheduled service for drier repair three weeks out with Jordan via text. The day came and nobody showed up. I called them and she said oh they must have forgotten to put me down on the schedule. I have a very busy schedule and it’s not easy for me to set aside a four hour time frame for service just to have them no show. . Very poor service.

I HIGHLY recommend Affordable Appliance. Dustin has been out twice to look at my dryer and is always able to get me fixed up in a timely manner. Pricing is fair and he is courteous and professional while in your home. I will always call these guys if I have an appliance issue!
