We needed a part for an older freezer and had absolutely zero luck online or anywhere else. Thankfully, a gentleman at Encompass gave me the information for City Wide Appliance and they were very responsive and found us a part to match! Brittany called me back right away and went to work to help me and we were able to pick it up the same day! Absolutely the nicest people ever and extremely knowledgeable. Their showroom is huge, as well. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Bring your business here. I was referred to this store by both my appliance repair tech and my HVAC man. I was informed they were good people. I can confirm that they are not only good people but honest, and fair and they strive to make your experience the first of many. The sales manager Britney was a god send. Her patience and understanding with my mother is a quality that few have. I sincerely hope her employers understand what a valuable vole she plays in their company's reputation. My sales associates were helpful and knowledgeable and wanted to help me pick the appliance that fit my needs best. My refrigerator was purchased clean and in tip-top condition. I will be a return customer.

My whole experience from the time I walked in there until the time they delivered today has been absolutely fabulous. My dryer works good I actually was finding stuff to wash just so I could use the dryer and my delivery experience was awesome the couple were very pleasant I think her name was Amber can’t remember the husband’s name but super nice. I would definitely recommend you guys!!

My husband and I chose City Wide to purchase a used refrigerator that would be a placeholder for a new fridge we ordered. We spoke over the phone to Tammy and visited the store the next day. I chose a refrigerator which looked practically brand new. Once the refrigerator was delivered to my home, we noticed it was getting cold so I called the store and immediately the service guy, Troy, came out and noticed a part needed to be replaced that was loosed because of the delivery of the refrigerator. Troy put a new part on the fridge instead of working on the old part. He stayed for 20 minutes to make sure the fridge was cold. The refrigerator is working beautifully and we are glad that we purchased from City Wide. The customer service was amazing! Definitely give this business a try. They will work with you in any situation.

I bought a stove for a rental unit from Citywide a few years ago. They delivered and the installer would not plug it in because it sparked when he went to do so. He told me to call an electrician to make sure everything was good to go before plugging in. I appreciated the heads up. Got the electrical wire repaired and the stove works totally fine. They potentially saved me a house fire, so thank you!
