First thing to notice reader... ONLY 5 STAR REVIEWS on Google. That's a rare thing and well deserved by this company. I have used Sullivan for years. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Service, from scheduling to arrivals to great work to follow-up, is always professional and on time. They started with service and repair for my 2 old furnaces, explained options but never pushed me to buy new. Two years ago, I bought 2 new furnaces and AC units. Great equipment, great price. The latest was moving the AC units off the house and back on again due to structural repairs to my home. It was hair-raising for me, no big deal for them. Always there when I need them, always reasonable solutions or costs, always great service. Thanks, Sullivan.

Sullivan Heating were the ones who did my furnace replacement, and I’m so thrilled with everything, from the price to the workmanship! I shopped around for weeks with many different companies, and their quote beat everyone else’s out of the water. My phone was automatically blocking their number due to updated call filtering settings but their operator took the time to reach out via text in order to still get ahold of me, which was very appreciated! They were flexible with scheduling (it’s the busy season for furnaces afterall!) and I had a new furnace within two weeks of accepting my quote. My installation technicians, Maria and Jeff, were informative and extremely tidy! They had to take down part of my basement ceiling for the air intake and exhaust pipes, but they tried their damndest to not have to. And despite having done that, you’d never guess they did - they cleaned up probably better than it was prior! Overall extremely thrilled with my experience with this company. 10/10.

Very accommodating company. When I called to make a service request, Christine was not in the office but promised to call me back as soon as she got in. She returned the call within an hour and easily scheduled an appointment at my convenience, explaining the process and charges. The day before, I received notice of an approximate arrival time. The day of, I received a call saying Jerry was on the way. It was earlier than expected and Christine said she could have Jerry go to another call and come later. When she called back, she kindly asked if I needed more time. Jerry arrived shortly after. He was able to quickly determine our problem and the solution. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, but he did express his concerns and recommendations. Although our thermostat was the problem, we decided to replace our 40+ year-old furnace. Jerry presented 2 options, and actually recommended the less expensive one based on our home's age and design. Also, for the thermostat, we are entitled to a rebate and Jerry filled out most of the paperwork and made sure I knew how to submit it. This is a family-owned and operated business and I would definitely recommend them. The price includes the service call charge and a smart wi-fi thermostat which I had been wanting for some time.

Woke up to cold shower this morning. Called Sullivan and had immediate response. Jerry evaluated the situation and in a few hours Marie and tech were here to install a new Bradford White hot water heater.... made in the USA was a bonus!! Excellent service, professional and personable while getting the job done. Cannot thank them enough for being there for us.

We've been using Sullivan for almost 20 years. We've purchased new furnaces and had them for the occasional repair or regular service. They always show up and give an honest assessment of the work. I've called for service when it's freezing as well as today, the day before Thanksgiving. Sullivan is one of the rare companies that makes you feel like they truly care about giving good service.

Outstanding service. From the initial consult, to the day of installation . When they hit a snag on installation because of a last minute change we made, they met the challenge with professionalism and followed up to make the needed adjustments. The home office contact Christina proactively called to keep us informed on progress. Amazing!

Sullivans replaced my furnace which died unexpectedly. Maria came out and did some troubleshooting. My furnace was 25yr old and was showing signs of deterioration. We discussed options and landed on a furnace replacement. They came out a few days later to do the replacement. They did a quality job, at a reasonable price.
