Called at 4:35 on a Tuesday in desperate need of a part to fix my washing machine. Amazing customer service, the women I spoke to On the phone told me to try and get there before they closed at 5. Arrived at 4:50 and she had the part ready for me. Its hard to find good customer service now a days, shop with confidence here!

I was looking for a power cord from GE. But the guy At the shop, say GE no longer makes them. But he went out of his way to find it for me. Excellent customer service.

Nice guy. Had lots of parts and even though he was swamped on the phone made sure I got taken care of. Big storage in the back that seemed well organized. Has a military discount. Lots of parking available

Small shop with alot of inventory for all appliances.They don't do repairs but they have parts. They we very nice, friendly, and very helpful thay had my part and had me on my way quickly.They are also very reasonably priced!!!

Representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me a couple of pointers to avoid trouble with my DIY repair. Had the parts I needed in stock at a reasonable price. Would be happy to do business with them again. Great experience.

Very nice experience- called with an ice maker part that was needed as it was summer and Ice maker just went out! He was kind and helpful on phone Had the part- opened box to check and since the first one had a cracked got another box and made sure that one was in good condition- thank you so much to these small shops that have parts on hand- happy to support

You guys are absolutely great! Over the past 30 or so years, when I have needed hard-to-find parts for my appliances, you have been the one (and sometimes the only) reliable source. And today, when my heat pump had quit on me and Sears Home Service said they'd have to order a part or parts that wouldn't be available till next week (at a cost to me of about $300), I called your store and had the critical part in my hands and installed, by myself, in less than an hour's time. I just want to thank you for being there and doing the super job that you do!
