Absolutely terrible service. I had my LG freezer’s repair assigned to this company. They replaced the compressor and only told me to call them back if there were any issues. They didn’t leave any contact info or business card. The technician stopped working after 2 days, and now they never answer calls or reply to messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Do not use this company or buy LG refrigerators. I give them 1 star.

I purchased LRTLS2403S LG fridge which brokedown twice in the past 2 years since it was purchased and is under 3 year warranty. This repair person was one of those assigned byLG/Lowes as my fridge broke down twice in the last 2 years. He was supposed to come b/w 12 pm- 5 pm today but he got the appointment date wrong and I responded by texting back to confirm the correct appointment date and time and he hasn't yet responded back. The customer service provides empty apologies, no practical help or real time knowledge if the repair person is going to come as per the appointment. Rather than 12-5 pm appointment the cc said to give this person another 2 hours or try calling , which I did. His answering service was full. Why does LG USA not remove such service centers which spoil LOWE's, LG reputation. Lowes/LG should have a mechanism when the product breakdown repeatedly to replace with a new product. With such horrible product and repair people I would not recommend the product or the repair service. Looks like the rating is skewed by having reviews by those who give this service a favorable rating. The first time it broke down I had to wait more than a week and I had to buy a backup fridge.

Texted my serial, model # and actual invoice for Refrigerator so he could prepare. A total waste of time, in and out in 13 minutes for $85. Answered call immediately to a non functioning refrigerator. Came out at 6:33pm and said 'tube clogged' but compressor is fine. $500 to replace the 'tube'. He commented didn't have room in truck to carry many parts. Packed up and said 'time to go eat dinner'. I called another company, extremely professional and walked me through what the problem was. Bottom line, replaced compressor. Hired him to come back 3 days later and clean washer/dryer and vent stacks! I felt LNS was just looking for an end of day quick $85!

⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️ This is not a real business. He took $500 from my elderly mother for a compressor that failed in less than a week. She lost all her food when it went out, and he ignored every call and text. When I finally reached him, he admitted he didn’t have time to fix what he broke. He preys on people and does not stand behind his work. Do not trust him with your money.

Our refrigerator was not working and they came outlet with proper testing equipment and components to fix it. Very well communicated for the service time appointment set up and shown up at the exact time we scheduled. Thank you!

Do not recommend, compressor lasted 5 days and they would not call me back to replace or repair, supposedly a 90 day warranty, basically took my $500 and ran.

LNS Service tech came out to replace our LG refrigerator compressor on short notice. The tech arrived exactly on time and immediately got to work. The compressor was replaced within 15 minutes. Seriously some of the fastest and most knowledgeable work I’ve seen. Great job!
