I recently had the pleasure of working with Derek Mack to repair my refrigerator, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Rich came out to repair our 14 year old dishwasher. Unfortunately, the part that we needed is out of production. Rich helped us locate one On eBay, and he said it would be an easy installation for my husband to do so he wouldn’t need to come back. When I went to pay him, he said no charge.!! He didn’t even charge us for the service call!! I would highly recommend Texas True Appliance repair in Frisco. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Derek did a fantastic job for us. Our dishwasher got fried during a series of power outages and needed a couple of parts replaced. Not a cheap fix by any stretch, but we figured it wouldn't be. He gave us great info about adding surge protector outlets to protect our appliances in the future, and offered to install them for the dishwasher and our fridge when he came back with the parts. Scheduling was easy, and the repair was quick. Great work! Thank you, Derek!

Great experience. Rick came right out to determine why our refrigerator was not cooling properly. He ordered the part needed and within a couple of days his partner Stuart installed the part and had us up and running again. Wonderful service. Very courteous and professional. Within about a week, our washing machine’s rubber gasket was ordered and replaced by Texas True Appliance! They responded very quickly to my inquiry, ordered the piece we needed for our model, and Derek delivered the part, installed it and was extremely professional during it all. We really appreciate the help and the reliability of Texas True.

Derek was great! He was very professional, communication from the company was excellent, and they were able to come do the repair much faster than anyone listed from the Thermador website directly. And they are also an authorized Thermador partner.
