I can't say enough good things about Appliance Doctor ! I had my appointment moved forward a day, which was great as the washer and fridge weren't working. Their communication was spot on and Josh sorted out the problems after a little searching and cleaning out ! I now have both appliances working as new and I am so happy ! The pricing it great too. Don't hesitate to get these guys in to sort out your appliance problems...they are great !

Dave at Appliance Doctor chatted with my husband and I on the phone 3 times in a week to help us assess what might be going on with a faulty filtered water and ice maker system in our GE fridge. With his help (no payment and not even coming out to the house), we were able to order a housing part and warm up a frozen ice line and fix ourselves. Truly kind and helpful, and would be the first person we call again if we do need anything appliance-related. Thank you so much!

WOW!! I had a dishwasher issue. the pump would not drain the bottom. I am fairly handy and had tried to fix it on my own but could not. I left a voicemail with the Appliance Doctor. I was ready for him to come to my house, but he texted back and forth several times and gave me the clue to fix the problem on my own. My man!

Called appliance Dr because my dryer was vibrating and I smelled some burning. I thought maybe it was a bad motor or belt. I ended up not requesting service due to scheduling issues, but David told me that I may just have lint inside the machine. The next day I opened up my dryer and found the motor covered in lint. Vacuumed it out and now it runs normally. I'll keep them in mind for my next call

I never ever think to leave reviews but for this man I will. They didn't even come out to my house. My washer is haunted and I'll spare you the gory details (sparks, turning itself off and on, more of the like) and the man I spoke on the phone with clearly and concisely walked me through all the ways my washer was done for. Basically did a full diagnostic over the phone based off my descriptions. I feel like I should have paid him money so I'm doing this instead. Use these people. They know their stuff.
