The pump was clogged, and it was struggling to pump water after clearing the clog. A huge whinning noise comming from the pump itself, which is a huge indication that the pump is not functioning at full efficency. Order the pump through Appliance Specialist, and the order came in within the timeline expected, which is huge for dealing with my customers' expectations. The guys working the phones and desk were super cool and helpful. Pulled up the right part and order the right part the first time. No issues. Installed the pump, ran two rinse and drain cycles with no issues within 2-hours. Everything is draining as it should. I'm running one more cycle before I leave for the customers' security of mind. My family had a French-door refrigerator with a very cold freezer but a warm refrigerator area with a temp in the 60s. I contacted Brian based on his high reviews. Well, they were warranted. He arranged to check the fridge the next day, and noted that he'd have to clean the coils with compressed air - our having vacuumed the coils hadn't worked. He shared how to bring the internal temperature down until he was able to return with a compressor and clean the coils. He explained everything, offered tips for future maintenance, cleaned thoroughly as he was finishing up, and charged fairly. We will definitely use his services again when necessary.
