David was very thorough in diagnosing and explaining my refrigerator problem. He really went the extra mile on ordering and installing the part the next day which was supposed to be his day off but he wanted me to have a working refrigerator before the weekend! I couldn’t have asked for any better service and the price was very reasonable for making 2 trips. Will always call Pettyjohn for any appliance repair and refer to my friends.
After a horrible experience with Sears (didn't even get a completed service call), I was actually referred to Pettyjohn's from another repair company. The gentlemen who came for the call was professional, friendly and gave us all of the information we needed make our repair decisions. One the part(s) were available, a two-man team came & made the repair. Even after the repair, there was a problem that was missed, and they came right back out & fixed it.Dave & Michael were our repair team, and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Pettyjohn's for such great work and support!
David was absolutely great! Quickly scheduled, no fuss and he found the issue with our dryer in no time flat. Gave us such a piece of mind and fairly priced Thank you so much!
David was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue with our LG Convection Oven was not getting to temperature due to a faulty relay. He ordered the part and repaired it with 48 hrs and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend this business. Our estimate from LG was 475.00 just for the service call. Support local and give Dave a call.
We have had wonderful experiences working with this company. They are extremely professional and reasonably priced. They are very communicative and quick to respond. They have fixed our dishwasher, replaced our garbage disposal and sold us a dryer. Every time has been a great experience and all of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional.
This is the second time David has come to fix an appliance, and he was just as personable, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as last time! He was even friendly to my 2 nosy cats, who wanted to supervise his work. Their prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Excellent service with knowledgeable techs! I have used them several times, and they have never disappointed. Highly recommend.
