Ok- Brake service recommended last oil change. I scheduled it along with oil change and tire rotation (bought tires this location). Drop off and they texted me it’s ready. Great. I pick up truck and before going 100 yards I hear all kinds of noise. Then I’m trying to stop and go back to the shop but, I HAVE NO BRAKES!!! Return to shop and they fix it. They forgot to do something. I was 1 minute from getting on the interstate. Then as I’m on the interstate going home, I notice my hood is not closed and have to pull over (at a pretty busy time). I will return. Been using them for tires, oil change, and I other services for 20 years.

I needed advice on an oil light situation. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions. Given my situation, they did not try to sell me services I did not need. The price they charged for conducting the diagnostic and test drive was decent. As a result, they have regained my trust.

I had a tire emergency after hours and Mr.David and his team got me fixed up first thing in the morning! They were so kinda and attentive, I really appreciate it! I believe they will be my new service center for everything auto related! They even sent me a report card with pictures of my tires! Thanks so much!

Very helpful and friendly. When in to get a tire repaired it was not possible because of his condition but they found me a new one at a reasonable price very quickly. Very happy with a friendly service Eric Van Boekel

Said car would be done in 1 day or so, it wasn't. Had my car for almost a week never updated me about status only texted me when it was ready. I thought cost of repair was over-priced. Only bright spot was Dean the lady that helped me was nice

Big 10 on State st in jackson ms has great representatives at the front desk . Monica was very helpful BUT the service tech. that was assigned to my vehicle was advised that front drivers tire was "out of round" but replaced the back tire, damaging my rim. the rim was replaced but took 3 weeks an 4-70 mile round trips before it was resolved…….PS front drivers tire still out of round!!!!!

I Love Big ten. GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They Very Detailed with Everything. Prices are Fair and not overcharged. They have never had excuses or problems fixing anything.
