A smaller company that offers to warranty their work is much easier to trust upfront. My experience was fantastic. They knew what the issues were within a few minutes during the diagnosis, and the longest waiting time was for the very specific parts to arrive for the repairs for both my washer & dryer…Which the technician made very quick work of .

I recently had my refrigerator repaired by Khay from Appliance Doctor Pro, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Royal was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the repair process in simple terms, and completed the job efficiently.

Was very polite and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail so I would understand. Khay didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t critical to fix the problem at hand. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for appliance repairs.

I was hopeful with the good reviews. My repair was an ice maker that stopped working. They were prompt to respond and send someone out. Did the repair once the part came in. However, the ice dispenser itself that was working that morning no longer works since the ice maker was replaced. They have since tried to fix that three times. I will say they were only going to charge me for the part, but I believe the dispenser not working was on them. Yesterday, the tech was back and left the house as soon as I took the dog out. My son said he packed up quickly as soon as I walked out the front door saying a supervisor would call. He left a large puddle of water on the floor and a cup sitting under the ice dispenser. Generally, left me a mess to clean up on every visit. So disappointed $580 later. I know with leaving this review I will not see them again, but felt the public needed to know my experience since I was lulled in by the great reviews.

My Samsung washer was leaking when filling. After doing all of the troubleshooting I was comfortable with as a lay person, I scheduled a call. Khay came out and listened to what I had done, believed me and moved to the next troubleshooting steps. He immediately found the issue, replaced the part, and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out in 30 minutes and gave me some tips to help prevent other issues in the future! I very much appreciated him and while I hope not to need his services in the future, I am happy to have someone who I can call that I trust.
