Preventive Appliance Repair

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, because it takes a lot for me to be truly impressed by someone’s work. But my experience with Preventative Appliance Repair was so outstanding that I feel it deserves to be shared. I had issues not just with one appliance, but with multiple my refrigerator, along with my washer and dryer and I wasn’t sure if one company could really handle all of it at once. To my surprise, the technician arrived promptly, came fully prepared, and got right to work without hesitation. What stood out immediately was his confidence, efficiency, and calm approach. He didn’t act rushed, but he also didn’t waste a single moment. You could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. The refrigerator was my biggest concern, because a broken fridge can cause food to spoil so quickly. He carefully diagnosed the issue, explained to me in simple terms what was wrong, and then fixed it thoroughly. On top of that, he went straight to the washer and dryer and handled those repairs with the same attention to detail. It was almost shocking to see how smoothly everything went, especially considering how overwhelming it felt to me before he arrived. What really left an impression was not just his technical skill, but his professionalism and reliability. He was respectful of my home, honest about what needed to be done, and very fair in how he presented everything. There was no sense of being pressured. By the end of the visit, both my refrigerator and my washer/dryer were running perfectly, and I had so much peace of mind. I walked away thinking, "Wow, this is exactly the kind of person you want to call when things go wrong."

Called late on the day and he came over for a quick repair on my washing machine. Simple gig and charged me appropriately and fairly. A very good price and has earned my business. He’s my Goto guy for all my appliance repairs from here on out.

Amil came highly recommended by a friend, and I now know why! Was very honest, respectful of time and property, and did a great job fixing my washing machine. Thank you Amil!

Amil was wonderful. We called him on a Friday night & scheduled for a Sunday and wow, most bigger companies would say that's a no go. Fixed our washer SAME DAY for a reasonable price, plus his kindness and professionalism are A+. Book with him and you won't be disappointed!

From the first phone call Amil was so friendly professional and responsive. We were able to get an appointment the next morning and when he came the repair was explained and completed quickly. A great resource to have for appliance repair!

The TripleTier Flame Burner on my KitchenAid Gas range was not turning on; Amil was able to come out right away; fixed the burner and was very fair and reasonable on his cost to repair; I definitely will be using Preventative Appliance Repair in the future and will refer this company to friends and family who may need any appliance repair(s) done; Thank you!
