Excellence Appliance Repair

Artem is awesome! Fridge is fixed in no time! It took about a week from contact. Just waited for parts to ship. Once they received it we were able to book for next day’s repair! During the diagnostic and repair, Artem educated us about the issue and how to care for our home appliance. Great company, great service, great communication! Highly recommend for any appliance repair help!

Our 25 year old oven gave out. Repairman Oleg came out, diagnosed the problem. He praised of older appliances like our Whirlpool as better made than a lot of newer ones, in oither words, worth saving. He arranged for a rebuilt master control unit, and in a few days came back and reinstalled it. Works like new. Company has very good communications, show up when they say they will, and price of repair was a lot better than a new oven. Very pleased, and highly recommend.

Okeksii was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had him out to determine our stovetop needed replacing. And we had him back out to install our new stovetop. Would highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair and would use again in a heartbeat

My washer stopped working Saturday evening. I reached out to Excellence Appliance Repair Sunday morning around 7:30 am. I received a response 5 minutes later & given an appointment between 10am-12pm. Communication was promptly and professional. I was given a courtesy text that my technician was on his way. My technician " Artem" arrived at my front door @ 9:45am, 15 minutes early for my appointment window of 10-12. ( ON A SUNDAY MORNING). Artem came in and went straight to work and had diagnosed my problem within 2 minutes. Artem tells me that my problem was my clutch and that he had one on hand and he quoted me the price and labor charge. At 10:15 am, Artem was leaving my home and my washer was fixed & operating again. I’m truly pleased in the manor that Artem came into my home with a smile on his face and answering all my questions with no hesitation at all. Great professional attitude.5 star service that started @ 7:30 am through 10:15 am. I highly recommend "Excellence Appliance Repair". My magnet business card given to me by Artem will be displayed on the front of my refrigerator to remind me of any future appliances needs, to call on Excellence Appliance Repair Sunday! Thank you guys!

My experience was great with Excellence Appliance Repair and the technician, Artem. They responded quickly, Artem communicated really effectively on appointment timing and ETA. He was respectful and kind and helpful in our appliance questioning as well. I will use them again for sure.

Company was great to work with. Tech, Artem, arrived the same day I contacted the company. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a reasonable price to fix my washing machine. He returned in 3 business days with OEM parts and had the washer fixed in a half hour. Will use again.

Yuriry was very professional and competent. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process including the status of parts being shipped. He expedited the shipping as much as he could and made sure that the repairs were done as soon as possible even coming out on the weekend. Highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair and Yuriy for all of your appliance issues.
