Texcen did not diagnose our refrigerator issue correctly the first time, however, he came back out and fixed it without charging us anything the second time. Works great now. Very happy. Would recommend
Will definitely use again! Gabriel fixed my Samsung dishwasher and was a total pro. 5* review only because I can’t give them a 6! They even put up with my English bulldog trying to help
Gabriel was highly competent in his repair capabilities, and a pleasure to have in our home. He took time to carefully listen to my concerns and explain the situation with conversational ease (this is a gift that not all repairmen come with!), and scheduled his return visit to make the repair. He was timely in his arrival, seemed to enjoy his work, and made a point to explain the warranty once again after finishing the job. I will definitely call Texcen again for my next appliance repair.
Found these guys through Yelp reviews. They definitely live up to expectations! Gabriel came with parts in hand and wasted no time getting right to work. My washing machine is now running perfectly, the bill is paid, and I'll definitely keep them in mind for future repairs. Note: the price to hook up a W/D is exorbitant! I had just moved the day prior, and thought I'd check out their prices. Couple hundred for the pair. I respectfully declined.
Gabe came by yesterday and determined the ice maker was dead. Installed new one today in minutes! Said it was his 3rd one today. All good. Only suggestion would be for more communication about when they expect to arrive other than 11-2:00. Texting is easy!
