JB Appliances Inc.

Arnie is great! We’ve used JB for several years and always happy with the work and service. With the cost of new appliances stratospheric and the quality of new models not as strong, keeping our older models in good shape is essential. Arnie is always there for affordable, excellent service.

Arnie Rios came out to look at our washing machine because it was leaking water. He accommodated when we needed to come and would have come even on Sunday, if needed. He fixed the leak really quickly and stayed to ensure the problem was resolved. His price was very reasonable and I really appreciate his responsiveness, skill and his good nature. We will definitely call him again in the future!

Arnie is awesome! Very personable, efficient, timely, reasonable pricing, came on a Sunday, etc. Can’t say enough good things. 2012 Kenmore Elite dryer started squeaking really loudly late afternoon on a Saturday! Ugh! I started googling ‘near me’ in Lewisville and found him and saw great reviews!! Thought for sure this would be a next week repair and he offered to come today!!! All fixed! Give him a call for sure!!! Thanks again Arnie!!!

Came out quickly, three times in three days (diagnose/order part, fix, secondary fix). Was very prompt and his communication was excellent. Was pricey but cheaper than similar new washer. I found him to be very reliable.

Arnie was very responsive, communicated extremely well and was able to fix my problem (Whirlpool washer) without a second trip. His prices are very reasonable and a joy to work with. I highly recommend using Arnie for your next

Arnie answered my call after 5pm on a Friday (of a holiday weekend!) and made time in his schedule on Saturday to come repair our washing machine. Even though I was ready to replace an expensive part based on the error code, he got it back up & running for less — integrity & great service, plus a really nice guy!!

Arnie did a great job. He had been out before for the same issue. He repaired the washing machine with the hope that the issue is now permanently fixed. Arnie is professional and friendly. He was easy to work with.
