Alex is the absolute best. He has fixed aspects of our Thermador range over the last 7 years since we redid our kitchen. Oven-fixed by Alex! Stove-fixed by Alex! Griddle-fixed by Alex! He is smart, reliable, trustworthy and does great work. As other reviewers have shared, he makes it better than it was and once he fixes it, it doesn’t break again.

I want share my experience bad experience about work with Alex,I had problem with my refrigerator it was not enough giving cold and when I hire Alex he came and didn’t fix it ,even made it worth ,so now already 6 days without refrigerator and water everywhere,all staff dead ,no recommend you work with him ,looks like he even don’t know how to fix it
