MAX Appliance Repair Service

I unfortunately needed to replace the Ice Maker on my Samsung Refrigerator. I replaced it on January 2024 for $402!! Only, to find myself in the same position again 18 months later!! I found Max Appliance Repair on Google and started texted to him. I shared a picture and he said mine I had that died was actually a refurbished 2016 item! To my dismay. He told me to call a local supplier and their retail was much higher for me to by direct. If Max Appliance Repair they would get me a better one (new) and come the following day to remove the old one and install. I am more than pleased that it’s working again and better!! My fridge retails for $1700 and I truly didn’t want to purchase a new one!! He showed up on time, fixed it fast and called the following day to make sure that everything was working correctly! I even have a 2 year warranty now. I am VERY pleased with the integrity and professionalism they provided! Thank you!

Max appliance was great! Awesome service. Same day service. They came to the rescue. They were able to fix the loud noise from the dryer. Reasonable price to repair. Labor and parts included. See wore out parts, these were replace with new parts. They were efficient. Kudos to Max Appliances repair. Good job. I totally recommend this company. Outstanding.

Mansur is absolutely fantastic. Look no further for your appliance repair needs. We had a broken ice maker in our freezer and he came and fixed it. Then there was a leak, which we thought was because the ice maker was improperly installed. But that was not the case. It was another issue that he fixed promptly. He was always responsive and could not be nicer. Highly recommend!

Best company I have ever found. It's hard in a lot of businesses to find people that are trustworthy.The guy who just came before him said, oh I can't diagnose multiple problems until I finish one.It will be seven hundred and twenty dollars, and then we can move on from there. Mansure came and said, well, I mean you can fix it. Would be about $500 for the first fix and about $1100 for the next fix. I asked in your professional opinion. Would it be better to get a new fridge or to fix it? He said, in my professional opinion. It'd be better to get a new fridge. You'll be spending about the same amounts of fix it as you would to get a new one. We, in fact, if you decide on getting a new one, go through LG because they give a ten year warranty for the same issue your having which happens to fridges, after eight or nine years.

A-m-a-z-I-n-g!! I own an older refrigerator, which is often hard to find someone who is knowledgeable to fix it. After many calls, I found Max. They knew what the problem was, they knew how to fix it, they came that day(!!), explained everything that had to be done, and didn’t charge me my mortgage. The servicemen were gracious and cleaned up afterwards. Most def, give them a call.

Great efficient service! Quickly diagnosed our refrigerator via photos I sent and came the same day to fix our cooling issue we've had for months. Mansur was kind and respectful, highly recommend!
