Sears Appliance Repair

We had a heat pump check up. I’ve been 60.00 monthly for the Sears Protect Warranty. I know that it is included in the warranty. I am pleased that the technician was knowledgeable and courteous as well as on time. He did a great job job and was a pleasure to work with this morning.

Andrew was the 3rd tech and hopefully last one because he installed the fan that should of been looked at by the 1st tech behind the fridge- he gets 5 stars. So far the walls are not burning hot on the fridge. The 3 stars are for the lack of being able to speak to a person that can help you troubleshoot like years ago, even chat is limited with AI help. I highly recommend a master protection agreement to cover these visits. Kicking myself for not renewing asap because I ended up paying $100 the 1st visit & 1 issue continued up to 3 visits.

Noe very knowledgeable and professional. I’m glad he came over and got our refrigerator fixed would highly recommend him. Thanks Sears.

0 stars. Bad experience, previous tech ordered parts to get the dryer repair and technician that showed up today didn’t change the parts that were ordered and dryer is still making the same noise. He also left his trash behind. I am very disappointed.

The oven was not repaired because the technician's primary responsibility was to verify that the oven was functioning properly before closing the work order. Unfortunately, I was not home at the time of the repair to confirm whether the technician had completed this verification.

I love Sears and I love dealing with Sears people. Sears is still in business and they're there to help people with their appliance repair, and other repairs including the stores that are still open you can buy the appliances directly with great warranties like my Sears Home warranty that I've had for 6 plus years and their great products. As a long-term Sears customer I tell people that to stick and support your Sears retailer. I love being a Sears customer because it's just a great brand that I trust even though it's hard times they're still doing the business to the community even though it's hard times they're still doing the business to the community

Poor service, he didn't even introduce himself. I don't even know his name was on personal phone call 10-15 min when he was supposed to be checking my refrigerator. He did not explain problem to where I can understand this situation. He was quick answering questions, but not clearly. He seemed very irritated. I have had several technician, come to my house from Sears and never experience what I experienced today. I would not like to have him return to my house. Never for service,
