Twin Appliances Inc. saved Thanksgiving! My new Ilvie Stove from Italy looked beautiful in my kitchen but would not heat up properly and I had no way to prepare all the food for the big day. Within one hour all was repaired and callabrated properly. I am so happy. Very kind and respectful as well. I would definately call again and recommend.

Anthony just repaired my BERTAZZONI gas oven. He is most professional and competent, only uses factory parts, explained the required repair to me, and was most pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him. Also, his most kind mother handled the scheduling and she is also awesome.
Thank you Twin Appliances for helping us achieve the look we were going for when we designed our homes decor, from the white with silver trim front loader washer machines to the French door refrigerator and our stylish dual oven stove also our user friendly dish washer. June 9, 2025: Don’t ever use this company! My elderly mother had some work done on the double stack washer and dryer and their worker forgot to attach the hose back the washer! She washed a load of clothes and water flooded the carpet and floor! The carpet is still wet! When my mother called for them to correct this, the nice-nasty women bucked up on my mother and would not correct the issue her worker did! And would not pay for the damage to the carpet! No good will come to a business that operates like this. NO GOOD! Taking advantage of the elderly! You should be ashamed of your business practices, Twin Appliances! You will NEVER get business from us! The word is out on YOU!
Anthony and Maria were a pleasure to work with. Anthony fixed our oven while navigating a tricky warranty situation and helped us order a part for a dishwasher all while being friendly and personable. The workmanship was quality because he takes pride in his work. To top if off, the price he gave us was absolutely unbelievable!! Anthony and Maria are my go to appliance people.
