Called for a repair of dishwasher repair because it was not draining properly . Vitali came to house in his private car? Don’t know how he was supposed to access tools or parts to fix the problem? He did not pull the dishwasher out or look under the sink to see how it was hooked up , but asked us what codes were coming up on the panel , looked up the codes on his phone and told us the drain pump was broken and it would be cheaper to just buy another dishwasher. This was on a 3 year old Maytag dishwasher. He charged us $79.00 ($ 10.00 more than advertised) and had us make out the check to home tech? Have no idea why the name change? On his advise we ordered a new dishwasher only to find out from installer that the dishwasher had been installed in such a way that it was virtually guaranteed to end up with problems draining. It was hooked directly up to the sink drain instead of the garbage disposal with no air gap or high loop on hose. We couldn’t return the new dishwasher because of the policy of a 48 hour return policy so we are out approximately $1000.00 because he didn’t take the time to figure out what was really wrong . I know they will try to deny that it was there company who came out or that they have never serviced any dishwasher at our home but I know exactly who came out, the companies name, and the mistakes they made. I see the other positive reviews but I definitely would not use their services again I feel really angry about the lack of service given/mistakes made!

Vitality did great in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of why the freezer isn’t functioning. He proposed adding refrigerant but I preferred to replace the fridge itself as it’s over 12years old.
