Josh has always been fantastic and we have used him for multiple issues! Our refrigerator broke on Thursday, Josh was out at the house the same day and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. We had to order a part which meant we would be out of commission over the weekend while the parts shipped, but that didn’t go unnoticed by Josh. Josh called on Monday evening, letting us know the parts had come in and that he would be over in a few minutes. This was at 7pm! He and his son had the new parts installed and everything working just as quickly as he diagnosed it and they were on their way. Fast and fair! The reason small business are the ones to support is because of service like this!

This guy is awesome. He works late. Gets the appliance fixed. Is neat as a pin. And is in and out. Very knowledgeable! Super polite. Excellent service. I’ve used him multiple times and would not call anyone else.

He done work in the past for me. I found his prices a little high but I continue to use him. Well this last time he came to my 78 year old mother in law house to fix a washer. He claimed he had no idea what was wrong with it. Ok, no problem. This was last Wednesday and he said he would be back Friday! Well here it is the following Wednesday and I’m still waiting on him! I called him and left 2 messages and he never responded! I called him again today left another message and he finally called me back. I asked him what’s going on I called you and left messages! His response was you never called me! Then he looked at his phone and oh you did call! ! Well when you a professional and you tell someone you will be back on a certain day! And you don’t call, text or answer phone calls. Yea, that’s unprofessional! Then the dude gets mad and hangs up on me! Mind blowing! I will definitely find someone else! It’s a shame he just don’t care at all! Didn’t even apologize! You asked me why I didn’t call you! You were supposed to show up and did not! I called you back and you never answered! You the one who was suppose to show up and it was a no call no show! That’s unprofessional the least you could have done was apologize for not doing something you promised you would do! How am I the bad guy?

I called Josh late one afternoon to ask for help with my oven. He came out after hours that same day and was able to replace the part on the spot. I will definitely call him for any appliance repair needs in the future.

Josh with 1st Call appliance repair was Johnny on the spot! We called him on a Monday and he was here Wednesday afternoon. (he even came after hours to fit our work schedule) He diagnosed the problem with our mashing machine and fixed it all in about 15 minutes. It is now working great! Very grateful for the professional service I received today. Josh was prompt, arriving within the time frame promised. He diagnosed the issue with my washer within a short time. It was a major repair which he went about fixing without delay. I was his last call of the day, but he didn't hesitate to get the repair done. Thanks for the great service.
