100% fabulous! I've wanted a Speed Queen washer/dryer set for a long time so I called Edwin at Best Appliances to set up a time at the Denton shop to see what my choices might be. I met him @11:30 and signed the paperwork shortly after noon, delivery was made @3:00 the same day! Best Appliance is #1 in customer service with a nice selection of appliances and an owner who is happy to answer any and all questions! Installation was quick and professional and my old set was taken away. Hands down awesome!

We had our washer/dryer go out unexpectedly. We came across Best Appliances while searching for a place that had in-stock inventory for same day delivery. Edwin at the store was super helpful and was able to get us a set same day delivered to us. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the appliances. Greatly appreciate him and Best Appliances will be our first stop for anything we need next for appliances.

Edwin demonstrated excellent customer service and courtesy. He spent significant time working with us to help us choose the model that fit our needs, and after our selection and payment, he carefully wrapped the unit for pick up and transfer. It arrived safely and we are thrilled to have a good quality washing machine that will last many years to come.

Hands down best experience! I was not having a good experience looking for a new washer online but within minutes of seeing the washer here they were scheduling delivery and communicating the entire way. The delivery guy was so friendly and professional, he came in set everything up showed me that it was set up correctly and smiled the entire time. I appreciated every bit of the customer experience and will be back soon for a new refrigerator!

I finally had some time to make it to this place excited to talk to someone about buying a speed queen washer and dryer set and find out what makes them so good. I walk in the girl sitting in the very back asked if I need anything I tell her I am looking at a speed queen set and was wondering if she could tell me about them. She says she doesn’t know much about any of the washers and dryers that she just helps out on the weekends. The reason I go to a local shop and pay a little more rather then a big retailer is for their knowledge.
