Able from Varsity Zone of McKinney HVAC was right on time - on the dot, for the inspection. He was courteous, wore shoe covers indoors, and took his time without rushing. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t come across as someone trying to make a quick buck. Instead, he focused on building trust by educating me on how to get more life out of the HVAC units and what to look out for, without trying to scare me with issues. His professionalism, honesty, and customer-first approach were truly refreshing. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Varsity Zone HVAC of McKinney. Abel was the technician who serviced my AC units, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in walking me through the maintenance process. When I mentioned that a previous company charged full price for a capacitor replacement, Abel explained that it should have been covered under warranty. He also showed me that the capacitor on my third unit was nearing end of life but assured me that when it’s time to replace it, I wouldn’t be charged the full amount. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell anything—just honest and helpful. Abel patiently answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable having him in my home. I’d gladly recommend Abel and Varsity Zone for any HVAC needs.

Had the GM Abel come out to look at my current HVAC unit efficiency and if it needed repair. Abel was very knowledgeable and informative. His service was excellent. Answered all my questions on service and maintenance vs purchasing a new unit altogether. Thank you Varsity Zone HVAC of McKinney!

Job done well and cost bereft of any added costs to squeeze the last dollar out of you. Reminds me of the honest, down-to-earth kind of business dealing of years gone by. No bells and whistles! Abel is pleasure to work with, a professional with plenty of politeness. I know whom to call should the HVAC system in my home start playing mischief again. Thank you.

One of the best HVAC experiences I've had. The Tech was punctual, respectful, and kept me informed at every step. I will be using Varsity Zone Mckinney in the future for maintenance and any unexpected issues.
