Clint is the only reason I shop at ideal appliances. He is so knowledgeable and has so much patience when it comes to help assisting me with my parts. When my water valve was no longer available he was able to find me another one that would work in its place and even physically showed me how to install it properly and broke it all down for me. Thank you Clint for always going above and beyond!! 5 STARS!

When I found out the manufacturer no longer made the drain pump I needed, Kevin went above and beyond to find a compatible replacement that worked perfectly. He even took the time to show me how to install it myself. You don’t get that kind of customer service everywhere—Kevin really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people. Highly recommend asking for him if you need appliance parts! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
