I wish I could give 100 stars to Angie and her company. Prompt and affordable service anytime I have called her. She has helped me both with my dryer and my dish washer and both times I was so grateful she made availability for me, was able to identify the problems and helped repair and made recommendations for future appliances when they needed to be replaced. Very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Thank you for your service!

Angie did an exceptional job! I was so impressed on how quickly she located the issue, fixed it on the spot and even had a replacement part for why our dryer had been squeaking! She was a blessing and not overpriced!

Don't waste your time! Called for an appointment on Monday, March 10, 2025, for repair of my dishwasher (not functioning) and oven needed a new light fixture, and was given an appointment for "before 1:00 pm Thursday" (3/13). At just before noon on Thursday I received a voicemail message from Angie at Big Bill's indicating she was enroute to my place for the scheduled appointment and to call back to confirm receipt of her message, and which I did within a minute or so of the missed call receiving the message, leaving a voicemail myself that I had gotten it and was awaiting her arrival. When Angie arrived she asked the problems and I repeated the problems from what we discussed Monday when I made the appointment. And, since she was unable to get the dishwasher out from under the counter I did it for her. After only taking down the data plate information for each appliance Angie said "We'll have to see what he says" (without being more specific who he is) and "I will get back with you tomorrow". At this point several facts should be noted: 1. I tried providing Angie with the data plate information when I made the appointment but was told it was not necessary. 2. Angie left the dishwasher completely pulled out from under the counter when leaving. 3. I never received the promised follow up call after Angie talked with "him". 4. Angie seems to think it's perfectly okay for her to park her service vehicle in such a manner that she is blocking my neighbor's driveway (see attached photo from my security camera). Again, absolutely nothing was done other than taking down the data plate information for both appliances and leaving my dishwasher out from under the counter for me to put back. Because of these facts and circumstances I can't recommend Big Bill's to even oil a bicycle chain.

Called for a dryer repair took a WHOLE day off of work for my scheduled appointment time and no one showed up! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Horrible experience. Overcharge for parts and totally unreliable. We waited for over 2 weeks to have our washer fixed. Angie called on Monday and said the parts would be here on Tuesday. The repair time was set for Wednesday before 1. Angie called and left a message she was headed our way. She never showed. I called and demanded she come today as she said she would. Angie stated she had 9 service calls and couldn't do it today. I said if you can't do it today don't bother and I called someone else. Awful service. In response to Angie's comment, I was outside when you called. You said in your message you were headed my way. You said nothing about waiting for confirmation before coming. My time is just as valuable as yours. Your awful service has been documented in several reviews. I guess I should have read the review section before contacting you. Lessoned learned.

Was needing to have igniter replaced on GE oven Called Bill's after reading the reviews. Angie is the best. Called to say she was on the way, came in and replaced igniter, checked to make sure it was working, got paid and issued receipt....all in about 15 minutes. Would highly recommend her to anyone

I called last week and first available was the following Wednesday. I needed my washer looked at because the lid switch quit working. I had ask that they call 1 hr prior to arriving due to me working in Daphne. Angie did just that! Professional and prompt. Thankful she fixed the problem and I was only charged the service fee. I would definitely recommend Big Bills.
