My HVAC system started leaking last night I called another company when it happened but they NEVER returned by call. I called Captain Cool first thing this morning and they sent their people to inspect and fix the problem (clogged drain). Ive also been having an issue with mold on my unit and received quotes (all really high) but thats not the point I'm making. Captain Cool is the ONLY company that cleaned the unit BEFORE giving me a quote or trying sell me a maintenance membership. They have a new loyal customer. They're still here working while i type this. Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of both technicians. Thank you for providing me with a peace of mind concerning my HVAC system.

Yesterday evening after 6:00 I came home and my air conditioning was completely down it was hot in my house almost 90° I tried to find a AC company it was willing to come out somehow I came across Captain cool cooling and heating I spoke to one of the associates and he told me that he was going to send a technician out they came out in less than an hour due to the heavy traffic the technician started working immediately on my system even so they were probably over a hundred degrees in the Attic that's where my unit was he was able to repair the unit up in the attic and to condense her out in the backyard very professionally and friendly and I was already getting very much it would be the cost for the repairs and the time for him being here was very reasonable I was surprised how low it was so I can very well recommend this company and to employee by the name Mr Nas Ali super friendly and professional

Captain Cool was amazing and fast. Our air went out and they sent someone out same day. Zach was able to explain the issue and give us some options. While we haven’t had the issue fixed, we really loved their honest no nonsense work ethic! We will definitely work with them again!!

After using a horrible ac company which covers "all south" mobile ( which I've had to report to the Better Business Bureau). Switching to Captain Cool was such a refreshing experience! First positive aspect is actually having a live person who works for the company answer the phone (not just a message center from overseas). Free estimates, and Fast, Friendly service. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, honest, and friendly. Nobody tried to sell me on anything I didn't need. They let it be my decision. They included me in every step, and were very knowledgeable. They installed my new system on a Saturday first thing prompt and timely.
