I dared to take on a task of repairing a dryer that just stopped. With testing, suggestions and mini verbal repair advice, it was up and running. Saved me from making a wrong purchase and directed me to the solution. I was spared from a huge repair bill. Extremely patient and helpful with someone that had NO IDEA what they were doing!

I hope I never need another appliance part, (fingers crossed nothing will ever quit - yeah right) but if I do I'll head to Fox Appliance Parts. Real nice folks with prices inline with online and lots of inventory. I'm a customer for life.

I received bad service from fox appliance This employee were very rude to me and my wife. They order the wrong part for my refrigerator when I came to return it this employee took the part and through it against the wall like it were my fault. I call to check on my new part and he hung the phone in my face three time and when he finally answers my call he promised me a discount and it’s been almost two months and still have not heard from him. I will never return to fox appliance again

Great local place for appliance parts! I went to another local store initially but they were wanting to charge almost double the price to order a part that Fox Appliance Parts had in stock. I will be sure to go to Fox Appliance Parts for all my appliance needs. Thanks guys!
