We are very happy with our new central vac system! Eddie was very informative, helping us make the best decision for our situation. His customer service is impeccable! Supervising in that field for years, I appreciate someone who truly wants to serve his customers. The icing on the cake was his son Julian who was there helping. This nice young man is learning from the best how to be a businessman. Highly recommend!!!

Eddie (the owner) gave me several options, fully explaining everything and answering any questions. i choose a refurbished unit with an 8 year warranty. Installation was quick and painless, including replacing 2 broken hose outlets inside the house. Very good use of technology too, everything from scheduling the job to paying the invoice was smooth and error free. Would definitely recommend this service to friends and family

We called Central Vacuum because our central vac was not working well. Eddie came out and was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable and got our system up and working better than ever. He also cleaned out our canister. We were really impressed by his customer service and would call again and recommend in a heartbeat!!

This business gives outstanding customer service. So refreshing to find a business that takes such good care of their customers. Actually, the first time I used them I wasn't a customer, but had accidentally sucked a ziplock bag into my canister vacuum. It got stuck in the hose. I called several vacuum stores & all required a minimum service fee of $35-$50. When I called Central Vacuum Sarah was so very nice & told me to bring it over for no charge. It literally took 30 seconds or less for them to clear the hose & I was on my way. I've been a happy customer ever since & have had my vacuumed routinely serviced by them. Highly recommend this business.
