Chicagoland Appliance Repair

We recently had Chicagoland Appliance come out to diagnose and fix our G.E. Monogram refrigerator. They were prompt and and courteous. Our tech was Noor and he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. He returned 2 days later and put in replacement parts for the win. I cant say enough about nor and his communications and professionalism. Thanks Noor

I've had these guys out twice -- once for a refrigerator icemaker and once for my oven (shout out to Jesse for a job well done). The prices are fair, they are very responsive and most importantly, I have not needed to have further repairs done after they come out -- they fix it right the first time.

Good evaluation and repair of a Dryer. And evaluation/estimate for a Dishwasher repair, which was better off to replace the unit.

I called Chicago Appliance Repair in the late afternoon on a Saturday because I noticed they worked until 7pm, hoping that they could help with my refrigerator. The person that I talked to said that all the employees were booked but he could check to see if one of them had a moment to check on my refrigerator. He called back within 10 min and said he could have someone come over on their way home to assess my issue and fix it if it didn't require major repairs. When he got here, he was very professional and found the issue of leaking freon which he could fix for me quickly. He also took the time to explain everthing that he was checking on and what needed to be fixed. Within 30-45 minutes he had my refrigerator back up and running (cooling). It was defintely a positive experience and I would use them again.

They are very thorough. Our company is very happy with their service.
