Had our 9/10 month courtesy follow up check and the tech checked all the units and charge and made sure everything was in tip top condition. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. His name was Tim.
Alex was very personable and explained things in a way I easily understood. He was patient in answering questions and welcome to come again to maintain our units. Thank you! We are finally happy with the service received and have definitely learned to avoid the other company who were here two years ago. Learned our lesson the hard way. Haha!
Mike was very thorough in his maintenance on our furnace. Very pleasant to deal with and informative on how to circulate heat in my house more efficiently. I would like to have him do the annual check on my AC unit when the time comes for it to be done.
From start to finish the Art Newsome Technician Tim was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Additionally, I would like to thank ANI employee Steve Jenkins for his help in getting me a service call scheduled on short notice as well as other company employees assistance. I was so pleased with my service call, I signed up for their yearly maintenance call plan for 2X a year . Thank you all for excellent customer service.

I called yesterday evening June 27 and they quickly returned my phone call. They couldn't come yesterday, but advised they would call today June 28. This morning at 0820 Tim called and advised he would be at my residence in 30 minutes. A picture was attached to the text so I knew who to expect. Upon Tim's arrival he was very professional throughout the appointment. He advised me of each step he was taking. I will definitely HIGHLY recommend this business. The pricing was great as well.
Only had diagnostic so far but company was fast and communication was good. The tech Mike was professional and explained things pretty easy to understand. Depending on price I’d say they’re solid
