Dran's Heating & A/C

The young man from Dran’s took the time to patiently explain all about my gas heating system and about my gas fireplace. He also placed a new carbon monoxide monitor for me. He was able to get everything running as it should be. Dran’s was able to come out on the same day. I called for service. I truly appreciate his help! And I highly recommend this company!

I was referred to Dran's after being highly disappointed in the experience I had with another Heating / AC company roughly a year ago. It took me that long to build the confidence to reach out to another company. I am so thankful to the individual who referred me to Dran's. I am enormously pleased with the professionalism and kindness shown. I am so happy to have been given several options for the repairs I needed. Cobie my technician was very kind and helpful. As a homeowner, he made me feel like my problems mattered and I could trust Dran's to get the work done.

Great customer service. This was a long hot week without air conditioning. This was the 1st time we used Dran heating AC and electrical. I was completely satisfied with the service and this company was the only one that asked if I wanted emergency service. I immediately said Yes!! The installation of our part was not easy to install. Our tech Jacob did a great job, but this needed a 2nd hand and he called for assistance, I feel bad I didn’t get his name, but thank you. The job was completed and I noticed another technician was at the house and it was Mr Dran the owner of the company. That’s what I call customer service and a great boss to look out for his employees and customers. I highly recommend Dran’s! From the initial contact with Dran’s, it was professionalism delivered with excellent customer service. Vaughn and the gentleman with him were very personable and delivered on every promise to fix my problem. The extra touch was when they removed their shoes not because they were asked, they noticed my shoes at door. I will definitely use them again.

I’ve had several types of work completed by Dran’s on HVAC systems including installation. As a landlord who doesn’t reside in Virginia I have worked with several companies on a range of home maintenance needs. I’m very pleased to talk to the same person (Sarita) each time I call. Is every technician perfect ? I’m not sure but there have been no complaints from my tenants over 3 years. I do know that Dran’s is attentive and reliable and will always make sure the work is properly performed.

Above and beyond!! Stellar customer service from the tech putting booties on at the door to protect my floors without me asking, all the way to the step by step thorough instruction for my new fancy thermostat!!! I love that Dran’s is Veteran owned and operated! Rob was fantastic and I would recommend this company ALL DAY long! Thank you to Dran and his five star team!!!
