East Coast Appliance

This was a great experience from start to finish. When we first walked in, Mark Turner greeted us and immediately showed us everything that was on sale in the store as well as a scratch and dent area so we could capitalize on any savings available. Then he did an amazing thing; he left us alone so we could look around and compare products and make a selection. The purchase process was simple and our new washer and dryer were delivered and installed this morning. Exceptional customer care throughout!!

My products were delivered by three gentlemen Carlos,Jermaine and Jason were awesome. They moved my fridge into my garage then set up my new fridge. The washer and dryer was swapped out and new one set up and connected! Thank you East coast appliance if I have future needs I will be coming back!

I ordered a A gas stove and refrigerator both stainless steel for my mother. Both the service and professionalism for both deliveries were excellent! Previously, I also ordered a dishwasher for myself. Thank you so much Eastcoast Appliance for being prompt and professional. This is what keeps customer is coming back for more!

After visiting local home improvement stores (Home Depot and Lowe’s) we decided to check out the East Coast Appliance store in Norfolk. Best thing we did. Told them what we were looking for since we had a model in mind, and while they were making sure they had it we wondered around. Well sitting on the floor in the scratch and dent area was a model better than the one we originally wanted. The scratches and dents were so minor we ended up purchasing that GE gas stove from the floor. Kevin Smith took care of all the details in making sure that we were happy with our purchase. The delivery crew (Vinny and unfortunately I forgot his name) let us know first thing in the morning that they were on their way, and called again when they got delayed in traffic. Awesome guys. The took the old one out and brought the new one in, being so careful. They were polite and professional. We will definitely go to East Coast Appliance the next time we need any appliances. The gas stove has my wife happy we made this purchase.

After hearing many compliments about the ECA store on Midlothian I decided to check it out rather than go to the Home Depot as I typically do. I was pleasantly surprised to find a scratch and dent range in white. The purchase saved me about $350. The salesman was very courteous and professional. I was able to get it delivered in three days. I received a text and an email early that morning telling me when to expect the crew. They came right on time, were very friendly, professional and careful. I will be checking ECA again next time I need an appliance.

Was looking for a certain model of Kitchenaid dishwasher. Called another East Coast store and was given a quote. Since we were headed to Costco I decided to check the price at the Norfolk location. I was lucky enough to get Kyle on the phone and he quoted me the lowest discount price plus told me about free installation on my brand. So I saved over $400 by buying at the Norfolk location. He also gave me a sooner delivery date. My delivery person was Rodney and he did a great job with the installation and communication of when he’d be there. This was such a great experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing to buy an appliance!!

Communication is a bit lacking with delivery, which got moved to the next day at nearly noon the day we were expecting our item. We'd been waiting with no word. Delivery men were excellent, very friendly and quick. It was weird to get a delivery when it was dark after 8 pm but we're thankful they came. Appreciated that we were able to purchase from you given our distance.
