I called Bri at tidewater appliance about an issue with my dryer a center guys over to my house very quickly in a timely matter they ordered the part and it was fixed within the two-day period due to the weekend Thank you thank you guys for taking care of me and my family needs you guys are the best at highly recommend them for any of your appliance needs or even purchasing a new appliance ask for Bri or Russell. Jay was the maintenance guy that came over to work on my dryer very knowledgeable hard-working he got the job done very quickly thanks again Jay for all that you did.. very very satisfied highly recommended..

Friendly staff, good selection of appliances, prices are reasonable, service was professional. There was a hiccup w/communications regarding delivery but they resolved that quickly and apologetically. Delivery was professional and smooth. Highly recommend this customer friendly business.

Unprofessional and Disorganized – A Frustrating Experience with Tidewater Appliances I was not given the option to choose Tidewater Appliances, as they were contracted through my building management. However, based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Over the past month, we have dealt with repeated delays, inconsistent information, and unprofessional behavior—all over what should have been a routine dishwasher repair. • The first technician, Russel, came out but could not fix the issue. • A week later, two different technicians arrived smelling of marijuana and alcohol. They gave a completely different diagnosis and had no idea a technician had already visited our unit. This was a clear indication of poor internal communication. • The following week, Russel returned and stated that the second team’s diagnosis was incorrect. • We were then told we would be receiving a new dishwasher. When the installation team finally arrived, they shut off our hot water and power, removed the old unit—only to discover the replacement unit was damaged. The damaged unit should have been inspected long before it was delivered. Due to the delay in notifying Lowe’s, the return is now being denied—something that could have easily been avoided with even minimal professionalism. We rearranged our schedules multiple times to accommodate repeated visits, only to be met with excuses and no resolution. When we expressed our concerns through our apartment’s resident portal, the company became defensive rather than taking accountability. It’s hard not to feel like this situation was unnecessarily drawn out so the company could bill for multiple service calls, rather than resolving the issue efficiently. Their approach appears more focused on squeezing money out of each visit than on providing quality service or customer satisfaction. We have since asked our building manager to assign a different company to complete the job. I strongly advise others to avoid working with Tidewater Appliances. They’ve shown a complete disregard for professionalism, organization, and customer care—and seem more concerned with profit than with actually resolving the issues they’re hired to fix.

The worst repair place ever. They have been to my home five times in the past month and a half to fix a dishwasher. They sent different people and still did not get it right. Every person they sent, said it was a different problem. They came in smelling like weed and alcohol and only stay five minutes every time. The girl that does the customer service or whatever is very rude and unprofessional. Just a bad experience.I do not want anyone else to experience

Awesome customer service! I bought a washer/dryer set almost a year ago from Tidewater Appliance, and it stopped draining fully. A service call to recalibrate was unsuccessful, and the cost of the necessary repair part was high, so instead they replaced my washer with a similar unit. Impeccable customer care. Highly recommend!
