Apple Stoves

Chris from Apple stoves came out to repair our antique stove today and was an absolute delight. Previous repair persons had been flummoxed by our stove but Chris was excited to see ours. He took the time to instruct us on its use so we felt comfortable using it safely and then promptly fixed the stove. I have never had such a good experience with a repair person. 10/10

I wish I could give more stars because Chris deserves them! I have a super antique stove from 1910-1920s which got me a quick rejection from 4 other stove repair places I tried calling. One person came out and charged me money just to tell me there’s nothing he could do about it. Needless to say, when I contacted Apple Stoves and Chris answered confidently that he could fix it the next day, I was relieved but still had a little apprehension if it could actually be fixed. We had a gas leak on one of the knobs (confirmed by pge) and one of the pilots would not light back on so we needed this fixed asap since we were living without a stove for a few days and possibly longer if he couldn’t fix it. Chris saved the day, and was super friendly, fixed everything throughly, and even taught me a few things along the way. I can’t recommend Chris enough for anyone with an antique stove.

Laura was super helpful over the phone. Chris came out and fixed our 70 year old stove, no problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, even offered options to save some of the costs. All this after another technician took two months to try and fix, find parts, etc. And a third tech who wanted to charge triple what Apple stove ended up costing us. We are overjoyed and grateful for their service.

Hello, I have a 30y/o vintage stove in my unit. Recently, I called PG&E due to the smell of gas. The rep detected the gas, localized the source,and cut the gas off. Soon after, I made an appt with Chris L. from Apple Stoves. He came out and fixed my stove. I had to buy a new thermostat, ($$$), but it was worth it. Chris was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient as he answered my many questions. I highly recommend Apple Stoves for vintage and modern stove repair.

I have had the opportunity to have Chris work on my two stoves that are older than me and I’m a senior citizen. He’s a pro and easy to communicate with and I highly recommend him and the services only Apple Appliance can do. Bravo ! Sally Emeson

Laura in the office was great to talk to and get insight about getting our Wedgewood heater fixed and the tech Chris was really helpful fixing our unit which the other companies assigned by our home warranty insurance said "could not be fixed". These guys are knowledgeable and have great customer service. Thanks again!
