I would give zero stars if I could. LThis business is a SCAM! Back in August, I contacted this business was to repair my Samsung dishwasher. They ask for funds up front to order parts, only for the part to be wrong. Several weeks go by, and finally the incompetent repair person tried to tell me they fixed the broken part, only to be left with a broken dishwasher. I've called for several weeks to remidiate this issue, only to be told that they will get back to me. I'm now out $360 and still have a broken dishwasher. They lie and will take your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY -- You WIlL get scammed by these people.

Disappointing experience — would not recommend. I contacted this company to repair my wine fridge, clearly explaining upfront that the manufacturer had already sent me a replacement part. They sent a technician who spent a few minutes looking at the unit, declared the part faulty, and charged me $150. The manufacturer disagreed, sent a second part, but the fridge still wouldn’t power on. Now the company wants to charge me another $150 just to send the technician back — even though no real troubleshooting was done the first time. The tech came with no tools or parts to properly diagnose the issue. At this point, I’ve paid for a visit that accomplished nothing I couldn’t have done myself. This felt like a waste of time and money. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for help. I recommend others do the same. Edit: This reply from them is none sense. I asked them to fix the fridge and diagnose the issue. I had pre supplied the part because if it was potentially the root cause of the issue I didn’t want them to have to schedule an additional visit. For them to say their tech wasn’t given the opportunity to diagnose is complete BS. Second edit: The second tech from a different company was 100% correct. The power plug has been replaced and the unit is now completely functional with the original power control board.

Communication initially was not great. Done mostly by text. Would have appreciated direct verbal discussion since the company was sent via second party. Once arrived to do service, all was good. Polite respectful of home interior and efficient in work. Ronnie was professional and fixed my appliance.

Bryan and Ronnie did a terrific job repairing our GE microwave. They were both very professional and knew what they were doing. They arrived on the date scheduled and in the window of time given and had the part with them that needed to be replaced. This was a two person job as this was a built in unit that needed to be killed out of the wall to be worked on. I normally do not provide posts after warranty company repairs (good or bad) but this one deserves it. This is a 5 Star deserving review. I highly recommend this company for repairs such as this. AN

Service techs were great. Knowledgeable and did the repair very well. Not so great: I wasn’t able to do the repair the day they had originally scheduled (called and wanted to do it the next day). They only had service available 2 weeks later. Kinda frustrating but overall a good experience

Scheduling could have been better at communication. I called has an appointment, it was cancelled and reworked on the day that I specifically said I was unavailable. Had to wait over the weekend for next service date which meant I was out of my appliance for 3weeks total. I advised what the issue was - repairman who was fabulous by way! Still didn’t have the part and had to order.

When the lights started flashing on our one-year-old Gaggenau refrigerator, we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy repair. Our research showed it could be caused by a number of issues, so it became a process of elimination. Jose made several trips to address the most likely causes. First, he replaced the controller board, which solved part of the problem. Next, he tried the light fixtures, but the issue persisted. Finally, after spending long hours troubleshooting, he identified the true culprit. Two small digital lights, one of which had shorted out. Throughout the process, Jose was thorough, professional, and determined to get to the bottom of the problem. Thanks to his persistence, everything is now working perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Kerenza Appliance Repair again for any of our appliance repair needs.
